A Down, And Two Ups

Well, I had the wind knocked out of my sails a little by this (the update part), and although there are a number of other things I'd like to bore you with (some goings on in the California courts, and another Top Ten bubbling to the surface), time, at the moment, is short. So I'm closing the day by noting how weird and wonderful it can be to catch—out of the corner of your eye, on the corner of your desk—a bit of jargon you originated right there on the cover of the ABA Journal.
