In case you were confused about whether blogging is advertising (e.g., are you in Kentucky?), this should help clear things up. It's not.* But if you're an advertiser, you might want to partner with a blogger: Announcing the Law Blog Advertising Network...

*Put more accurately, not by default anyway. I.e., it doesn't have to be.
