Less Than Perfect

Fred von Lohmann goes deep (and gooey) on the forthcoming preliminary injunction in Perfect 10 v. Google. And Steve Malone at PC Pro underscores the MGM v. Grokster aspect of the plaintiff's theories — something that has always struck me (no, not literally...) as important about the lawsuit.
