(Ms. Howell.....owing to a tight schedule at the moment, I'm pasting a comment I just made on another legal oriented podcaster's site below. I won't take offense if you don't want to post it.....but even if that's the case, I sure hope you'll take an interest in the legal drama I referenced. I just really want to know if the foundation of the license involved (GPL) is as fragile as one of the parties is asserting.)

Hey guys.....begging pardon for a non-episode specific comment, I would bet my left pinkie finger that you'll each be intrigued by this developing legal drama. Nothing less than the fate of the GPL license hangs in the balance.....if you believe the two parties involved.

(I have no dog in the fight.....no relationship of any kind with either party, and none with the producer of the Mixergy website. I'm just fascinated by this and hoping some of the "new media legal minds" help us laypeople better understand the issues and the parties' positions.)
