Denise,
I just got finished listening to this episode with a lot of discussion of Andrew Breitbart, journalists, and the Shirly Sherrod story.
It amazes me that almost no one got the point of why he posted this video.
Remember the context. A couple of days before, the NAACP had lectured the Tea Party organizers, exhorting them to get rid fo the "racists" in their organization.
Breitbart found this video and posted it. The video had NOTHING to do with Shirley Sherrod. Listen to the crowd when she talks about NOT helping the white farmer and much as she could and sending him to "his own kind". The crowd is murmering and saying "yes", "Right", "uh-huh" and, in general agreeing with her reasoning. Showing "racism" on the part of the NAACP members - based on their definition of the term.
The whole point of the video was to show how the NAACP has just as many "racists" (again, by their definition) as any Tea Party group and the NAACP is NOT kicking them out, condemning them or censuring them.
I do love listeing to TWiL. I'm not a lawyer but listening to intelligent people discuss almost anything is always educational and interesting.
