Starting The Week On A High Note

Good new stuff from the EFF and Technorati:

• The EFF is announcing its Legal Guide for Bloggers, including FAQs on legal liability, intellectual property, defamation, liability for the posts of third parties, privacy, reporter's privilege, media access, election law (i.e., issues surrounding blogging about campaigns), and labor law.


• Shades of Technorati to come, the new beta is public. Lots of new features, including, as the Social Software Weblog points out, RSS feeds for tags.

I took a picture of a new Hummer sporting a handicapped placard the other day. Isn't it funny how, compared to the H2, the H1 looks almost understated?
