Jurisdictional Deadlines Are Too Important

Do me (and your clients) a favor. Don't trust your jurisdictional deadlines on appeal (i.e., those that can get you tossed permanently out of court if you miss them) to someone not intimately familiar with appellate rules and procedures. Even if you think you're as lucky as David Boies. It might turn out you're not.
